We have recently been commissioned by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Clinical Commissioning Group to provide a multi-disciplinary team, post-COVID care service for patients across Herefordshire.

The service is available following referral from a healthcare practitioner. It is intended for those who have multiple, on-going, significant symptoms more than 12 weeks after COVID infection and for whom all known medical causes for their symptoms have been excluded.
