Clinical Systems Outage - 19 July - Update
The clinical systems for all Herefordshire General Practice surgeries are down today due to a national issue.
Steps are being taken to try and resolve the issue and we hope that normal services will be resumed by Monday at the latest. In the meantime it means that practices cannot access medical records and are extremely limited in the services they can provide to patients.
Please only contact your surgery today if you have a very urgent medical need. Please also be aware that surgeries will have a lot of catch up to do on Monday so they will be busier than usual.
If you already have an appointment booked, please attend unless you are told otherwise.
If you have an appointment with Taurus for this evening or weekend, please attend as usual. Please bring any medication you take and download anything from the NHS App that might be relevant to your appointment. If you know your NHS number, please also bring this with you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
