Stephen Vickers 

Non-Executive Director 

Stephen is the Chief Executive of Torfaen County Borough Council. He initially trained as an engineer and went on to work across a wide range of areas including hospitality, retail and construction.

Stephen was compelled on a career change into social care over 20 years' ago, specialising in mental health, mental capacity and safeguarding.

He is an experienced and passionate leader with strong experience in integration, transformation and culture change.
