Representatives from the One Herefordshire Partnership attended the HSJ Awards ceremony in London on Thursday 16 November.

As previously reported, the Partnership had been shortlisted for the Place Based Partnership and Integrated Care Award category. This highlights best practice with regard to delivering local health and care services in an integrated way to provide outstanding healthcare to meet the specific needs of local communities. 

One Herefordshire brings together Herefordshire General Practice, Herefordshire Council, Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust and Wye Valley NHS Trust in a unique collaboration that benefits the local population.

Sadly, we didn't win the award (that went to Walsall Together) but it was great to have been shortlisted from nearly 1,500 entries to this year’s Awards and to receive recognition for the fantastic integrated work going on in the county.
