Taurus Healthcare Annual Report 2025/26
What a Year It's Been: Supporting General Practice Together
As we reflect on 2025/26, we're incredibly proud of what has been achieved across general practice in Herefordshire.
As the at-scale provider for the Herefordshire General Practice Collaborative, Taurus Healthcare has continued to work alongside member practices, partners and colleagues to strengthen primary care services, support our workforce and improve outcomes for patients across the county.
This year has seen us build on strong foundations, delivering services at scale, embracing innovation and supporting practices to meet the growing needs of their communities. Through collaboration and a shared commitment to high-quality patient care, we have continued to demonstrate what can be achieved when practices work together.
Our Annual Report showcases the achievements of the past year, highlighting the impact of collaborative working across Herefordshire's general practice community. From service development and workforce support to digital transformation and quality improvement, the report reflects the breadth of work taking place across Taurus Provider Services.
We are immensely grateful to Herefordshire practices, staff, partners and stakeholders whose dedication and commitment make this possible. Their efforts continue to ensure that patients receive the best possible care close to home.
We invite you to take a look through the report and join us in reflecting on what has been another remarkable year for Taurus Healthcare - proud to be part of Herefordshire General Practice.
