Taurus Healthcare signs the Armed Forces Covenant
Taurus Healthcare has recently signed the Armed Forces Covenant.
In signing the Covenant, we are demonstrating our commitment to the Covenant’s key principles, namely:
No member of the Armed Forces Community should face disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen
In some circumstances special treatment may be appropriate especially for the injured or bereaved.
Taurus will be working alongside the regional engagement team to identify specific ways in which we can support and recognise the value of serving armed forces personnel, reservists, veterans and military families. This could include such things as promoting our commitment to the Covenant, supporting the employment of veterans, their partners and families and granting Taurus employees leave for Reserve Force training.
We are looking forward to developing this new relationship and will keep you updated on any developments
In the meantime, you can find out more about the Armed Forces Covenant via their website.
