Taurus Healthcare represents all 20 GP practices at a range of strategic and operational committees across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. This ensures that General Practice’s voice is heard and its views are included in all major healthcare decisions affecting the county.

This is particularly imperative as we move towards Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and will ensure a collective understanding and input into how ICS will affect General Practice - and Herefordshire General Practice in particular.

It encourages a ‘joined up’ approach to healthcare provision between all partners to ensure the most efficient and effective use of scarce resources.
