ADHD Annual Review service

Our ADHD Annual Review Service is designed to provide ongoing support for individuals diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). We understand that ADHD is a lifelong condition that can evolve over time, and regular reviews are essential to ensure that care remains effective, responsive, and person-centred.

What’s Included in Your Annual Review:

  • A comprehensive review of current symptoms and challenges
  • Evaluation of treatment effectiveness, including medication and therapy.
  • Updates on educational, occupational, or social developments
  • Collaborative goal-setting for the year ahead
  • Advice and referrals for additional support if needed

Who Is It For?
This service is available to individuals age 18 or over who have previously received an ADHD diagnosis and are currently under our care or transitioning from another provider.

Why Annual Reviews Matter:
ADHD can impact many areas of life, and regular check-ins help ensure that treatment plans remain aligned with your needs. Whether you're experiencing new challenges or simply want to stay on track, our team is here to help.

What happens before and during your annual review?

Before

We will send a text with a pre assessment questionnaire which will need to be completed prior to your assessment.

You’ll need to provide us with pulse and blood pressure readings prior to your appointment. You can do this in one of two ways:

Visit a local pharmacy: Most NHS pharmacies will test your blood pressure and pulse for free. You can check whether your local pharmacy offers this service

Test at home: If you have a blood pressure testing machine at home, you can use this. Please test three times, and send us your average reading.

During

With Taurus, you can choose between a video or telephone consultation, or a face-to-face appointment at our offices on Whitecross Road in Hereford.
