ADHD Services in Herefordshire

Welcome to our ADHD support service for Herefordshire. We are proud to offer a GP-led, patient focused service that helps individuals access high quality ADHD care through the NHS.

Our service
Our ADHD service supports the full patient journey from initial referral and assessment, through diagnosis and treatment, to ongoing care including annual reviews.

How to access
Access begins with a referral from your GP via the Right to Choose Pathway. As a Right to Choose provider, patients have the option to select our service for their ADHD care, ensuring a streamlined, person-centered pathway with continuity and quality throughout.

Before visiting your GP, patients are encouraged to complete a self-assessment to help identify symptoms and concerns related to ADHD.

This initial step supports a more informed discussion with your GP and helps streamline the referral process. The self-assessment provides valuable insight into your experiences, ensuring that your journey into care is personalised from the very beginning.
